Submit Payment
Submit payment online at the end of the Renewal Questionnaire.
Your payment will cover your NY SLA license fee for the new license term, your surety bond fee, and our renewal processing fee of $350.00

Sign & Upload Documents
We'll send you your applications and new surety bond for electronic signature. Upload your NYC Community Board stipulations, if applicable.
